Actually,Am worrying if this is a thing with Case tractors, as it is not the first I have heard of.will have to maybe crawl under mine for a looksee.

Apparently the new shaft is upgraded its better balanced and slightly longer.

My non suspended tractor shattered the bracket that holds the support bearing on the front prop which isn't surprising when it's only made of 5mm flat, it was a quick fix with the welder.

This one is a known fault but more so on the nh 7000 series, apparently the main cause is the unknown grease nipple not getting greased where the prop slides on the splines, it siezes up and when the axle movers up and down it pulls on the bearings and buggers them up.

Mine wasn't siezed and is regularly greased and I was only under there last week servicing it and i always have a good look around but I didn't see that.

Never mind I got the old hoss in the plough this afternoon.

I'd like to get all my own honey extraction equipment, and I can't really justify over £1000 on an electric spinner for just five or six hives, so upping it to 25 this year!

Lad here made his own extractor from a washing machine drum, but probably not high enough output? He has his own clean room, doing well at the honey as a sideline.

We took delivery of our new 12 meter wide Roelama trailing shoe from Holland this week, the first one of its kind in the UK ,It has section control on it as well as a hyd arm so we can just drive around at the end of the field with out having to do a 3 point turn , things are very wet at the moment but had a little play with it yesterday & will put some videos on of it working .
