Hi all can anyone give any advice on this tractor what are they like??
I can't think of any faults with them at all. But they'll be around 40 years old now, and will have passed through several owners, some who will have looked after them, and some who won't.Thanks 7610 yes it is a q cab with a quicke loader I'm looking at not sure of the hours tho I will check it out
Pardon? All that @7610 super q said they're less inclined to going porous than the 4 cylinders
The front axle could be a bit worn on one with a loader if it's done a lot of heavy work, apart from that they're virtually indestructible
They're generally very gutsy for 60ish hp , they aren't the quietest though and to some people that's a major issue never bothered me much though
Is my grammar not good enough for you?Pardon?
They're not alone in thatThe mad bit is they are just a £1000 tractor but fetching way, way more than this.

Ah well you pays your money you takes your choiceI bought a 4600 but it was such a pile of sh1t I took it straight back & used the distance selling rule to get my money back. More fool me for believing the so-called expert who told me it was a good runner. I pity the next chap who he would have tried the same trick on but hey-ho that's some people.
I just went & bought another Deutz. Just a way, way better machine in so many ways. For half the price a 4600 would fetch.......No I don't want a MF135 either.
