Graham does some discount if you buy a few.
Honestly ive only got them Oval ones & the round ones plus a couple of the early KLs
Oval ones are superior quality in every way.
But there is some much dearer than them

I wonder how they compare to these, I know there suppose to be for jd r series but was thinking of getting some for my massey to replace the oval ones on the handrail and back mudguards and rear roof, they do either 60 or 80w.

Very dear and the thing is them cheap lights are very bright but I suppose the deer ones are better
Yes there twice or three times the price but once you seen the diff you wont buy any thing from ebay or amazon
not to mention Zero Electrical Noise on anything in the cab.
Its hard to explain but the light is focused so clearly not like ebay & amazon Tat that create odd shapes like trapezoid shapes of light.
Bright light is fine but not unless its made correctly it will blind you & anyone looking at them.
I can work alongside my other tractor at night with the same nordics on & doesnt bother me
Chuck all them halogens away once you tried these.

good one i dunno
but note them oval JD style are still an unbranded light....
made to UTV specs poss but where is there name who makes them?
id still buy the nordics over them.

Note i see there mounting brackets are just the same cheap china SS Lookalikes that will rust in no time.
look at the thickness of most of the Nordics mounting brackets & there BLACK.

I can see what your saying about the bracket quality but they are 6300 lumen against 3600 of the nordics for similar money, perhaps graham and utv products could shed some light so to speak on their products.

Yeah i agree. ive spoken to Martin a few times in the past & shouldnt have any issues with there products but no name is a strange one. yet there in some cases dearer than the nordics.
Lumens is only part of the story mind.

I did get them from fleabay :D where should I get them from without speanding loads
UTV Products....

I had the same issues with some britax ones that were supposedly EMC clear but they affected radio and CB badly, spoke to UTV products and they sorted us out with some proper units with twice the light output in what looked like an identical unit.

I think they are just a cheap brand but they have passed the ce test
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2X-48w-L...-24V-Square-/263610610812?hash=item3d606ab47c
I've heard that the other side of the world they think CE stands for Chinese Engineering, so stick it on everything they make.

The thing about dirt cheap lights is that the quality is not even guaranteed to be bad, it can be that variable. Like a few others I have bough very cheap LED work lights and had no issues with them, but it is a gamble.

Good quality control can cost a lot of money on making sure something is what it is meant to be, without any improvement on appearance or claimed specification to show for it.

There is no "CE Test". Its a sign from the manufacturer that the product complies with EU regulations and they supposedly have documents to prove that compliance if anyone needs to check. Any manufacturer can print out a sticker.

@Farma Parma has listed the standards above for Nordic Lights that prove their EMC (electromagnetic noise compatibility) or radio interference compatibility:
  • CISPR 25 Class 5 (an IEC standard for limits and measurement of radio disturbance characteristics for vehicles)
  • EN12895 Industrial trucks. Electromagnetic compatibility
  • ISO 13766 Earth-moving and building construction machinery. Electromagnetic compatibility
  • ISO 14982 Agricultural and Forestry Machinery. Electromagnetic compatibility
  • ISO 7637-2
In short if you want actual noise free lights ensure the manufacturer can provide compliance to the above standards.

CE marking unfortunately won’t guarantee anything when it comes to either construction quality, light output levels and quality or EMC (noise) compatibility.

CE from what I’ve heard is a self certifying scheme. For an EU manufacturer there may well be some issues with a self certified product which is found to be non compliant, but for everyone else outside of EU jurisdiction it’s open season on selling cheap ‘CE certified’ crap to all and sundry.

Are the quality Nordic type lights available as a simple direct swap for NH, or do you have to fudge about with wire cutters and spade connectors with the cabs head lining in bits?
