One last thing from the league table. It appears with winter milk production thermodurics is going to be a major issue for barber farmers if they don’t pull there finger out and learn what to do before the penalties kick in later in the yr.

Ranked on milk price. So fat and protein percentages but failures to meet cell counts and bacto are reflected in the milk price on the league table.

The league table is based on milk price I assume!
But you know how much everyone produced. Is it aimed to make the bottom 25% want to gain a better price and increase solids?
So fix for near 31p. What % can you fix? 100%?

One would think so. It’s something that has always happened since we joined though the level of detail is now off the scale with the operators name being the only thing missing.
You've commented that you have low therm scores. Any tips as to how?

Not sure. Pure luck.
Though the newsletter suggests ensuring the hot water wash is upto temperature and it is not circulated for too long as temperature drop off is a big factor.
