Why is it when you plan to go out ( local ale trail this afternoon) , the cows decide otherwise

Not due to calve for another week and a half, blown up like a football. Vet on route.

Went to patch a hole in a hedge this morning at the rough hill. The baby came for a walk.

Tripped and dropped to the knees straight into a big wet cow pat.. As you do, scraped the rough off with a handful of dead grass.. The fixes they get into...

Special times, all the same...

Vet recons bloat, but their out on the hill on old pasture that hasnt had any fert or manure, the burp and veg oil seems to have worked, will see how she goes

Ah good. Mine had hydrops. Was induced but ended up being put down after the vet tried to valve her for hours. Glad yours is not that.

If you look up 4d at fashion they make some good pink bib and braces in child sizes. I brought these back from the US but when wife saw them she made me order her a pair to. They only charged £10 post from Texas.

True. We left a pair of overalls hanging on a peg. It was supposed to be a quick and easy run that didn't need the full gear.

It was Hydrops, huge swolen dead heifer calf by csection,s stiching her up now
