Thanks for your help Doc. I am reaching out to anyone that has completed the process, but yes you're probably right it is more geared towards those that have been through the process with a promotional land company. Nevertheless, if you have gained planning permission on your land for residential development, through self developing, please do help me and fill in what you can!

My main focus is-after you've sold land for development, does this change your farming identity? How do you feel about yourself, your local community and connection to your land?

Cheers for the advice.

Lucy

Hi Lucy,
I’d suggest you post your survey request as a separate thread in Agricultural Matters.
This one is more of a melting pot/asylum of opinion, insight and even (rarely) some decent facts from several countries.
The originator has even disappeared somewhere west of Moree in Lord Lucan fashion at the wheel of a Cotton stripper. The only hope of locating him is the trail of empty bottles, probably Rum, as it’s winter.

If this is the asylum, what does that make the rest of TFF?

I’m quite content with “asylum” by the way!
