yes it is
I'd give them all independence , like having 3 naughty childrenyes it is
when are we going to get an independence ref ?
or even a parliament for England ?
blatant discrimination that's what it is
The BBC, who report an anti Brexit scare story a day, has even sunk to new depths of silliness today.
Their lead story today is that guide dogs for the blind, wont be able to travel over the NI / ROI border. Instead, for a guide dog to go from NI to ROI, they will have to get the ferry to Scotland, travel down to Wales and get the ferry to Rosslare. The reason being that animals will only be able to come into the ROI via three points - the ports of Cork and Rosslare and also Dublin airport.
Does the BBC really believe the rubbish they put out? Do they think people are so stupid that a stupid story like this will make them vote differently in a possible future referendum? Do they actually think people will believe that the EU will be so vindictive about the UK leaving that they will use / discriminate against disabled people to achieve their ends.

If there is a no-deal Brexit pet owners could also face a four-month wait before travelling.www.bbc.co.uk
How will they stop anything crossing into eire they arent going to put up any border posts, or are they lying againNot just guide dogs but all dogs - and our vet had a similar warning put out the other day. Once we leave the EU, we will be an external country and need to comply with the various controls that currently protect us as members. It's not that hard to understand, is it?

I don’t know, but I’m just reporting what I’d read at the vets. As we are the ones to chose to leave the union, I expect it’s up to us to leave. Why should they lower their standards for us, just because?
Presumably stuff like that is in the fine print of Boris’s letter somewhere.
And Nige has all the answers?
I knew you'd come around eventually.“Out means out” = shut the border and build a wall?
I knew you'd come around eventually.
Don't agree with your idea of building a wall though.
Couldn’t give a toss about the eu health standards ,are they the only ones that have them in the world?after horse gate I wouldn’t think they are anything to shout about anywayCome round to what? I’m purely showing the lunacy of voting out, when we consider the implications of it properly.
How would you suggest we implement Brexit whilst respecting the EU’s health standards and not building a hard border? The only other way I can think is to fully align all our rules and regulations with the EU, which isn’t then “out”.

So if you don't want us to respect their requirements, I guess you want the border shut down completely? It's their countries, their rules - we comply or we stay out.
Come on , let's get real , the Irish are irked as this new regime will affect their smuggling rackets .
My better half has many Irish clients , dodgy at best , but they do pay .
I suspect the dodgy ones would prefer a border again, just to introduce a bit more arbitrage. For the old chap with a guide dog though, a no deal brexit means just that, and the rules to be complied with are those that the two countries apply to all "foreign" countries with which they don't have a deal.
