spent today pulling out fences and cutting the hedge back then pulling new wire all with 1 machine!
the old case Mx finally clocked 10,000 hours, it’s been in the late 9900 for a year!
it’s hours are suspicious as we have a feeling it may have been clocked when I bought it with 5000 hours on
How come you’re allowed to cut a hedge in May?

Now we are growing maize
Chitted in days but will need rain through the summer I reckon

Finally rolling in the last of this year's Spring reseeds. Perennial ryegrass and clover mix with a cover crop of wheat, rye and barley. I'm pretty sure it's 75 years or more since these fields were last in plough, so hopefully this will freshen them up nicely. Plenty of stones gathered off this ground - the second photo is of the worst bit of it.
