That’s why I’d make a rubbish contractor, I’d offer to do it at reduced rate to share the pain

Seems very fair. Or even an hourly rate similar to that of a good crop. A poor crop could probably be cut in half the time.

Looks like either a pipe has split or the heat ex has, but won’t know until I get the boiler off the wall as it’s so far up the back you just can’t see. Bet they don’t leave there shoes in there again ?
I think Tenant and Landlord will do battle tomorrow over who’s paying for the 12-15 pair of shoes and various other items rammed in there that have now permanently changed colour ?
