True but I've found texels hard to finish.
Suffolk must be one of my least favourite breeds, soft, don't finish and sh!t like a holstein giving 9000litres and the nz variety looks like a Suffolk mule...
think a lot would / have forgiven the suff a lot , if they didnt sht for england and had dopy lambs , shame the suff of the 70s was a good ram , just shows you can go on for decades and you get bitten in the arse if you forget its basic commercial purpose .
