Any ideas on a lexion 750 running hot all the time have blown radiators out got an angled nozzle and check all holes were clean? Running hot all the time and can’t think what else to try?
Join the club! Myself and @Northdowns Martin have Lexion 750s, both of them are prone to overheating. The radiator is just not big enough. Only seems to be an issue on that model, ours is a 2012.Any ideas on a lexion 750 running hot all the time have blown radiators out got an angled nozzle and check all holes were clean? Blowing it out never seems to get everything clean, it helps but it is only temporary. To have a trouble free run, it appears that the only answer is to jet wash it out. Ideally you want to do it out of season when you've got time to get all the ancilliary parts out of the way. We did ours yesterday .... hopefully it will get us to the end of harvest without needing anymore than the airline!

Yep. It’s a game of whether I can fill the tank before alarm goes off to let her cool down whilst unloading…The alarm goes off at 110!
