Will hear if that's the case. Yes no matter how much of a hurry u are in its not a good idea to not secure a load. Plenty do it tho.Wel if that's the case then it's entirely the drivers fault a driver is responsible for thier load

Country road, 44 ton gross, low loader at least or bigger, Crusher 20 ton plus,Anything could have happened though, might be no fault of the drivers.

Not a combine, but a forager, actually 2, went up a few years apart with one of my contractors. Hydraulic line routed over the top of the engine split, hydraulic oil poured out onto a red hot turbo, whoosh, up in flames instantly. Driver only got out in the nick of time, scary.Do these combines go up because of a fault, just a build up of material over the course of a day or not blown down properly at the end of every day?

Blackbirds are good at that, me son parked his land rover up for the night & one built a nest in the engine bay by morning luckily he checked under the bonnet before he drove off, parked it in the same place next night & the bird was back at it again !!!Yes oil lines and bearing failure are a big risk. There just seems to be a lot go up, just wondering if they're cleaned down properly.
Birds nests in the spring/summer are responsible for a lot of tractor fires round here. Amazing how quick they can build a nest and how they get in to some of these engine bays. If you're not checking every day they can catch you out.
My trailer wheels are a little straighter than that. That New Holland that bad Neil
