Desperately sad news to read @sidjon.

But well done on being brave enough to share with us. I don't know that I would have been. I hope you and your partner can get through this and get there in the end.
Brave , not so sure about, just it total shock and do feel it's something that never gets spoken about.
@sidjon really sorry for your loss. I've been there. As hard as you may think it is,it's 100 times worse for your wife/partner. Yes you have to grieve but the sooner you can get back to some sort of normality, the sooner the healing starts.
Our child was not premature. Seeing my son in a coffin and putting it in the grave gave my life a whole new perspective. In some ways wife and I are closer and stronger. Brighter days ahead.
Slightly different for us this time as a surrogate was carrying the baby this time as wife was very close to death last time she was pregnant, but she is totally devastated and have told our very close family today and feels like she dies every time you tell someone.

Supposed to be on holiday from monday, but had second cut to get in, nearly a month late due to the weather. Lots of stress and breakdowns, but finally got the silage clamped on Friday night, wife and daughter came home (they went off on holiday on Monday without me) to help sheet and tyre the pit. The dream team, and James who is farm sitting whilst I'm away, got the clamp done in just over an hour !
