not great, but it had 7 weeks of zero rain after drilling from mid March to First week of May then 100mm in may, so it went into survival then through the growth stages very quickly. Stubbles are lovely and clean though so it is what it is. Land is still recovering from 2019 winter though so hopefully next harvest will be back to a bit more normal.
Yes they do. Plenty of farmers around me doing wheat from 20% to the best 16% because the forecast look shocking 3 days ago. How much is that going to cost in fuel or electric to dry.
