They have ended up tuppers instead of runners.
FFS , at least he was genetically sound , i moved the main lot of ewes back to feb this year , with another lot in april , looks like any break between the two is now going to be filled with bloody hoggs , Father always said thigs happen for a reason , remember our suffolk tup got in with our ewes late one year in the 70s , , turned out the two BL ram lambs we bought to tup them were both infertile , damn good job he did as we wouldnt have had any lambs that year

Found a Suffolk rig this morning chasing a Cheviot cull ewe around. Grabbed him and he’s got 1 ball tucked right up the inside of his leg. He’s now in with 50 blackie tup lambs inside. I almost feel sorry for him. Almost… 😂
He’ll of served all of them you can bet!! Not that it’s a problem but I bet he’s more fertile than a 50,000 texel show winner !!

PANIC!!!!
Just gone too feed the older blackie tups, 1 with the BIG double curled horns is missing. Can’t find him in the yard, not on the lane. Just found him 600 yards up the lane in with a bunch of lean blackie feeding ewes I’m troughing too build them up a bit. 😰 that was close. If he’d turned the other way on the lane the next stop is 204 Cheviot Mule ewes. Now that would ruin my sunday! 😫

You're talking about a Blackie tup...

The Chev Mules were his first stop on the way out of the Parish. Chances are he's shagged everything wearing wool in a 10mile radius... the Blackie ewes will typically cycle later, so you've caught up with him working his way back round

Hell… I know he was in the shed when I went for dinner. I hope the texel tups have done their duty first then!! 😂😂
