I don’t think so just seen it and thought it was of interest

Thing is here you get paid on the quality of the animal so that why its very important to be able to see every store animal from all sides before you bid for them.

If you are paid on eating quality then it does not matter if you can see each and every animals backend etc if they are sold in very large groups like that when it would be impossible to see all animals from every angle in the store ring.

Probably right. However if you have hundreds or thousands of cattle it will be easier to match a batch up rather then trying to match a few up out of a wagon load? What do you reckon?

They're even harder to understand than that young feller at Skipton
.... you know when he's knocked 'em down to you but you're never 100% sure what you've paid for 'em :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
We said the other week he’s been watching to much us auctioneers on YouTube. He trying to say it so fast neither you nor him knows what money he’s on. 😂 couple of weeks ago ted told him to slow down because the southern boys don’t know what’s going on. 😂

When he's been going a bit I can get 'tuned in'. By the time I've got the measure of him, I've got all I want

He really needs sub-titles up on the electric board :ROFLMAO:

It must just be you Southerners! He was at Northallerton before he went to Skipton and I’ve bought cattle off him in both. I was pleasantly surprised at how good he was, keeps the job moving I hate listening to them drone on hanging on forever. Make your mind up bid or lose out

No doubting he's a good auctioneer.

He just has a word (I think he's saying 'pound and...') between his 'tens" and his 'ones" (eg 90 punder 5 )that sounds like 'hunder' and until you get used to it, you can think he's gone over 100.

An arable neighbour went with me for a look last week and couldn't understand a word he was saying :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Wet day here on Saturday so went food shopping with mrs aangus and lamb prices haven’t half jumped in price. Reluctantly dragged into Tesco (hate the place) British lamb chops £16/kg. Also this 1D114605-BD87-44B0-A602-83345844C921.jpeg
