I cannot use words to describe how i feel about this on here !! Please could you PM me contact details of the people you mention.Spoke to Neal and Phil at VI last night and again this morning. I think they are working on it. It's just embarrassing though isn't it. 8 years out of date. Almost pre-dates TFF.

NRoSO is part of the Voluntary Initiative. Here are the people to contact at VI
Well done, I've been trying to add the points for the meeting I went to but not been able to log in.Finally got through on the phone to NRoSO. If you want to set up a login you need to tell them an email address on the phone.
@Chris F , my TFF points which I applied for on 25/11/21 haven't yet been applied to my NRoSO account, nor for that matter have my Ei operator points gained at a similar date.
The lady at NRoSO said it will a take a month for the Eioperator points to be applied.
At the same time a record of my agronomist meeting sent in by post a week ago was applied to my account in 2 days.
Very strange how the electronic web based points seem to take much longer than paper evidence going in by snail mail.
Thanks.
Same hereI was suspended this summer, tried to sort, took 2 days of trying to get phone answered, emailed some proof of points which never got added, so lost the will to live. Plenty of proper jobs to do at the time, so sod it. Have another operator with a number to get through dead tractor, might re apply next year . Seem to spend as much time messing about getting points as I do spraying
@Chris F
Hi Chris,
I'm sure its been repeated many times, but.....how do I get the points from TFF? What do I need to do to be able to claim them?
Cheers
Brexit and covid are used by everyone else fir delays or poor service, we might as well join the bandwagon with them .we have carried on as normal on our farms throughout everything.Mitigating Circumstances
A ‘Mitigating Circumstances Form’ can be submitted by any member at the end of their three-year term if they have been impacted by circumstances beyond their control which may have adversely affected their achievement of CPD points. For example, medical matters or actions of an employer.
When I looked at there website the other day I couldn't see any way of actually adding points, did an annual course a couple of weeks ago and the trainer said we had to answer a questionare online to get the points, I've looked and I cant find anything, perhaps I'm just being thick, it's been known.Morning all. NRoSO have asked me to highlight the following to you all. Some of the reasons points aren't being added is you can easily get oversubscribed in areas. Once you reach any of the limits below (such as only one subscription like TFF a year) no further points go on.
Some farmers have been submitting 3 plus subscriptions a year. So only one counts.

This table can be seen here: NRoSO National Register of Sprayer Operators
I have requested that the Voluntary Initiative create an account on TFF and speak to you all directly and pointed out it isn't really my job to be explaining their rules.

And to add to this, if a member has login details to the current website (to view their account), they can upload evidence of subscriptions and it will provide a list of current ones to be claimed against, we don’t publish on the website but can be viewed once logged in to their account.
Many thanks
Rob
We were told on the course that we had to complete a short questionnaire based on the course, answers in the booklet, they put up a website address on the screen to write down, wtf?, no address in the booklet, my agronomist took a photo of it and sent me a link but I' dammned if I can get into it.To help with that I have been sent the following:
