You need an old Leyland for hedge bashing,always regarded as one of the easiest jobs a tractor can do.

vote for case mx and not a bad tractor drive for its age. They are becoming popular on the modern classics. Won’t devalue much either.

You can't get much more bomb proof than an air cooled engine.

the bomb proof tractor hasn’t yet been invented.

the closest you will be able to get is the Davy Broon 1954.
