Really because if I was a Ukrainian watching him posing I might feel differently & would be really interested to know whether your average Ukranian trying to get your wife & kids to safety are as impressed as Western media looking for a hero!

He is there risking his own life. Neighbouring countries are providing assistance and allowing free passage. So long as these people are out of active conflict areas and given shelter they will be a heck of a lot safer than trying to shelter in place.

No invading army of conscript soldiers running on vodka are ever going to win against millions of well armed motivated patriotic resistants fighting on home turf. It is just the carnage of innocent civilians that is difficult too accept,

We'll see should they begin to use the thermobaric rockets they're moving up. It's surprising how, inept, the Russians have been so far. I still believe it's a mistake to believe they won't learn and adapt. I'll be happy to be proven wrong. The civilian deaths are on the invaders. If it was my country, I'd be lining up for my AK47. This BS peddled by some on here that Putin "would be happy if only" he'd be given the world is the sickening part.

Those rockets are nothing new, they go boom but they are unguided, dumb and short ranged by modern standards.

Maybe these two are orbiting over Romania and giving Ukrainian pilots juice as they need it?

I was thinking the south would collapse pretty quickly but when they got to shap they would have a real fight on their hands✌

Not so fast- Putin could land unopposed in Plymouth but to get North he has to cross the Somerset levels and then the dreaded Mendips to pass through which is gonna take more than a smile if he doesn't have an emergency sausage roll to distract the locals with.

The levels alone are so wet you couldn't swim across em. What good will his tanks be?
