How big's the bomb?Whats the kill zone ?
Apparently 8km with a 1 megatonWhats the kill zone ?
We buy fuk all from russia
And how what sizes dose he have ?Apparently 8km with a 1 megaton
I have a view it doesn't really matter where they are targeted. Make a bit of a mess for a few miles round wherever they land.Would russian nukes reach england? As some of Putins armaments on telly don't look as advanced as we'd been led to believe.
And if they could reach here, where would be his main targets?
yes they look pretty usefulCould do with some big players, like India, to step up
And not an old Howard muckspreader chassis that's been welded overhead in sight!!@Dave W it’s ya man

I worry that the planned peace talks tomorrow will end in a standoff. Putin will offer the opportunity for Ukraine to surrender and they will decline.
Putin then sees this as giving him license to get meaner in terms of his methods of attack as he offered them a way out.
A lot in the media in how poorly the invasion is going for the Russians (strong defending from the Ukraine, international sanctions etc) but surely the Russians expected most of this?
God, how the world has changed in just a few days.
If this man is backed into a corner and the Russian economy is being destroyed, he will have a lot less to loose and I will be even more worried.
Probably best in a peat bog as city Center though eh .I have a view it doesn't really matter where they are targeted. Make a bit of a mess for a few miles round wherever they land.
Yes, but only the ones known about. The Chinese government hasn't silenced its citizens, although it has made life difficult for them.If the Russian people revolt to much he will shut down all social media platforms/internet/phones etc to silence them?
Turning off Nord stream 1 would probably be the quickest thing to end this sorry affair. Can someone explain why Mr Putin hasn't yet ordered a reduction in gas supplied through the various pipelines. If I recall Russia reduced pressure a few years ago when in an earlier dispute. Just seems strange to me.
No expert but I think it depends on the yield of nuke and height of detonation. Certain death is limited to a couple of miles. The next 10 miles or so will suffer damage but many people in that zone would survive the blast though the may wish they hadn’tWhats the kill zone ?

In the Times comments section earlier in the day a wag said in response to nuclear strike they were going to camp in local Waitrose as surely that would be safe!!
Think I am a little to close to Waddington, Coningsby and Marham to get off lightly!
What callus madman launches a soft invasion allowing the loss of hundreds of ones own armoured vehicles and thousands of troops?I've said in another thread my view on his plan. He starts a military campaign (soft at first), then offers a very firm olive branch (hence the nuclear rhetoric). Once this is refused he steps up to actual invasion level. May God bless the poor souls of Ukraine and I really hope NATO looks seriously at military options now, before it's too late. This is our chamberlain moment.
according to workers there last week, theyve nearly run out of oil, all storage tanks empty, waiting a shipload in, just bought at spot price, will take week to restart cracker, doesnt sound like very good planningI thought I’d be fine then realised one of the UK’s biggest refineries is 15 mile across the water from me, when they had an explosion there 25 years ago our windows all blew in
