Funny how GB News carefully removes the UK's military sales to Russia from the same report. šŸ˜
BBC will be on later with the French bit removed,
goes to show they all tell what they want us to hear

There are hundreds of western based multinationals still operating in in Russia including UK ones. Even ones like ASUS the Taiwanese multinational computer and electronics corp, which I would have thought their products would definitely be questionable, especially if they ever want US help against China. :scratchhead:

Pepsi and Nestle still doing business there?

Such companies should be obliterated by the online world if you ask me.

When you see russia destroying hospitals and shelling civilians etc its abhorrent that any company is trading with russia atm, invading was bad enough but this is beyond inhumane, these companies and countries still dealing with Russia need to stop, now. We should be hacking into their media and bombarding them with what's going on.

I bow to your superior knowledge you are there on the ground . I only got it off Google that it was Bricodepot. I just think when private individuals could boycott stores with a Russian link we should make sure itā€™s the right stores.

Absolutely, any buying of gas and oil should stop right now.
And I am sure lbp will like this post, if he can drag himself away from reading lies in the papers for long enough

Yes, talking with the wife over lunch and we were wondering that we donā€™t buy another Renault šŸ„“
I don't think it matters to much. The aim isn't to punish the ordinary Russian but to instigate regime change. I think its better that western companies maintain ownership of their manufacturing plants in Russia and pretend to produce things, as it's likely that many key components will become unavailable anyway. To just walkaway and hand all these modern manufacturing plants legitimately to Putin isn't a smart move.

No it's not- fudge him. His government won't run those plants worth a damn anyway and you try telling your investors that actually, you believe he won't confiscate your company assets in Russia anyway?

I'd walk away. The public relations angle will cost companies billions and you can't deal with a government who will just seize your assets in a wink.
