We currently have a good job going here but can't seem to find anyone suitable or people just let you down and don't answer their phone .Is this other people's experience
Seems a good little number ,I might apply for that jobMy local builder told me that it's £200 a day just to make the tea
I get the impression that anyone who can tell left from right is currently building things. My local builder told me that it's £200 a day just to make the tea for the chap who leans on the shovel watching the chap on the digger. And that they're good as useless but know there's no other option.
Local factory has been looking for staff for over a year. Now have signing on bonuses / loyalty bonuses for staying a month etc. These don't get over the poor hourly rate and rubbish shift system for s job in the middle of nowhere with no public transport links.
It's only getting worse from I can see round here.We currently have a good job going here but can't seem to find anyone suitable or people just let you down and don't answer their phone .Is this other people's experience
My last blood donation, there were only 2 chairs operating instead of the normal 6 or so. I asked why, shortage of staff, both off sick and left.£15-18ph for labourers on building sites around here
But then they only seem to do 5 hours a day
Nobody has any staff wherever you go, pubs, shops, fuel stations, market stalls factories....
