The Russian Aerospace Defence Research Institute building in #Tver, where the missile systems Iskanders and S-400 were developed burned down today. Seven people died and around 30 are injured. Foul play?

According to the Washington Post, due to massive losses and abandonment of equipment the Ukraine army now has more tanks available to it, than the Russians. 😁

Two rich Russians and their families connected to Putin found dead in 2 days. Former top manager at the 2nd-largest Russian gas company Novatek. S. Protosenya + family murdered in Spain (stab wounds). Vice-President of Gazprombank Vladislav Avaev + family murdered in Moscow (gun shots).. :scratchhead:
Can't shed any tears for the blokes themselves, nor any grown children involved - but I hope that no youngsters have been harmed.

Good job for Ukraine that good old Paddy Biden came along and stole the election from Draft Dodger Trump…..

Zelensky's reaction to Trump's 2019 remark gets renewed attention

You may believe that but I have a feeling if Trump was there instead of that old easily led fool Biden Ukraine would still have a country that they could call their own instead of the tragic mess they are now going to be left with, Zelensky looks so out of his depth, would you take him seriously in any negotiations.

I don't have a lot of hope in putin being overthrown by his colleagues or by the Russian people, he has everything sown up. Even if they lose 100k men, they will find more and no one will say anything.

We'll see, things like coups don't tend to get advertised, they just happen. I'm not predicting that btw. But, in a country where the word war is outlawed to say the dictator is losing the war, on TV were russians get their bs info from is big news. Many small bites eat the elephant.

It will soon be change over day for the Russian conscripts. Around 130,000 individuals I think are in service at any one time. Their level of training will be poor and I doubt very many of them will even want to be conscripted, much less sent to the bear trap.

I did not realise but a LOT of Russian military equipment is or was manufactured in Ukraine, including the bulk of the technology that went into several generations of their nuclear weapons, engines for tanks and aircraft, all kinds of things. Without these facilities being operational, I can't for the life of me see that Russia will be able to maintain their level of operations. We've basically seen fudge all of their air force, which leads me to think that their levels of operational readiness are probably only enough to be able to defend their own airspace.
