The worry for me is if they just dont "do". I buy a few young stores that age,and although they all look ok on the day, there are always one or two that will just not grow. All your eggs would be in one basket.Sold as one lot,
I also got that text, and haven't sent them lambs in years
Aye risky , not be massive amount left at the end .The worry for me is if they just dont "do". I buy a few young stores that age,and although they all look ok on the day, there are always one or two that will just not grow. All your eggs would be in one basket.
immense!
Dunbia back 3p on clean 5p on cows next week
Yes second drop. Official price is £4.27 for clean and £3.75 cows i think. Is this the second drop?
I thought cows and clean were both back 5p last week.
This would make them £4.35 for clean and £3.85 for cows?
If I had to rake that I honestly think I’d have a break down and cry in the tractorPicture just before i set to rowing this up this afternoon. 10 bales off 12 acre. Would of been left but the docks took over and seeded. Bossman thought there was to much to top. Didn't help cows getting in a couple of nights ago.

I’ve been topping with the mower far thicker pieces than that and leaving for the ewes to clear. now seeding thistles only with topper as nothing has grown that I mowed 3 weeks ago.Picture just before i set to rowing this up this afternoon. 10 bales off 12 acre. There is still a bit left there.. if you are going to be short of crop you should get one of those old acrobat/horserake type things and gather that bit up too....you could get another 8 or 10 bales, might just see you through a hard winter!Picture just before i set to rowing this up this afternoon. 10 bales off 12 acre.
