I thought the fine thing was 3 days then just go cut it anyways?2 weeks. Needs minimum of that to get any benefit imo.
And then wonder why it gets bannedI thought the fine thing was 3 days then just go cut it anyways?
Sorry, I meant to ask "how long WITHOUT roundup do you think it'll be?"2 weeks. Needs minimum of that to get any benefit imo.
Shame to get that nice looking combine dirty , how old is it?Well, Combine just about ready to go now but still a few bits around the yard to sort and the overnight rain has dampened the field I was going to start in. May go and nibble a bit off tomorrow afternoon just to make sure everything runs smoothly but not panicking.View attachment 1048102
It’s a 2007 and I bought it in 2015. Need a bigger one really as it’s on its limit but will have to manage for another year or two.Shame to get that nice looking combine dirty , how old is it?
The same probably, taken row crop wheels of a Month ago ,wheat can die on its own costs enough with fungicide to keep it green no point waisting thatSorry, I meant to ask "how long WITHOUT roundup do you think it'll be?"
Typical - older generation just can't seem to get up to date.Rye and 2nd wheat turning quickly, fathers just gone on holiday for a fortnight,
Exactly the same here on our shales. All combinable crops going off quickly on thin Cotswold Brash, not good !!
Wise father. Did he say "it'll thresh better after its died a second time"?Rye and 2nd wheat turning quickly, fathers just gone on holiday for a fortnight, not sure it's going to wait that long. Might have to google some combine settings.....
He didn’t, we generally just get on with it when it’s ready, but we’ve just come of the back of a 5 week clean down of the poultry sheds and now everyone’s trying to fit holiday in. Only 2 out of 4 of us here next week, will have to rope brother in for a bit of grain cart I think.Wise father. Did he say "it'll thresh better after its died a second time"?
