Certas rep phoned me last week and I let it go to answerphone. He wanted to ‘touch base’ apparently. He and another Certas rep at another depot never answered my calls for weeks when I wanted fuel earlier in the year. They can stick their ‘base' where the sun don’t shine.
The pound has strengthened significantly in the past week.
