Just to give people a heads up on another one of these plant and machinery scams.. I was in contact with kaotrading.co.uk, found cheap machine, sent emails, looked legit but like everything in life, something that good is usually is too good to be true, and low and behold it was. Super cheap and would even deliver it to my door just cover fuel/ferry costs. So I found this page while doing a bit of background checking and said I'd post my findings here.. I hope this helps somebody

Is there any hope to get the money back if the person has already been the subject of the scam by tis company?

Our sprayer is advertised with photos on the TFF Classified site, I got a link from the site telling me about this guy's enquiry. His reply has all the hallmarks of a scam, I will ask him for his address and business name for the invoice and see what this brings.

They certainly are scammers, as are these sister companies; TMAPLANT.COM, and TMAPLANEQUITPMENTLTD.COM. (Notice the deliberate spelling mistakes)..Companies hosted in USA and Iceland. I have reported them to their hosting companies and am awaiting replies.. I have also reported them to the FCA.. Lets see what happens there..They need taking out.. literally..

Hello, don’t know if it’s been mentioned on here , we spotted a scam web site today , Bellmanplant .com , machines from other dealers web sites and to cheap , the puzzle is they do come up on company’s house , but is a scam

Possible scam .

Looking through the pics I note there are foreign plates on the quad bike in corner of shed and on the lorry in the last pic ...yet it says 'collection from Derby '

Saw that too, I think it must be a scam, looks like it's worth maybe £15k. But the reg is there for running a check on so if you did that and it was clear and checked the vin and engine nos matched up - in person, maybe it's the deal of the year!

I would have to have it on my wagon before funds were released TBH for that sort of money I would take cash if I thought for one second it was right. As one of my favourite songs go ' You can't con an innocent man' They only work if you think you are getting something over on someone else.

Obviously a scam. If you are ever unsure just compare the composition of the text of the advertisement to others. They will be very similar.

it is not a very pleasant evening for me because I fell into the trap of these scammers wanting to buy a JCB3CX, I paid in full here Annesvale Farm LTD 11533 euros in an account in London. are there other people harmed by this type of deception? I have pictures from their website and the supposed machines for sale.
I have heard of elderly people being cheated on the phone, but it never occurred to me that it would happen to me on the Internet, and in several documentaries I saw that people from India are the most perfect, earning 5 billion euros annually from this SCAM theft.
I want to talk to or meet people who have been scammed with Annesvale Farm LTD or Hectaresplant LTD
