Early today driving down a single track country lane, saw a tractor and trailer coming towards me maybe 1/4 mile or less away.
Spotted a gateway and pulled in , rather naively expecting the car that was right on my arse to do same.
Nope woman just charged past and then 100m further on she woke up.
Tractor then had to edge on to narrow verge whilst she attempted to get out of way.
Is this lack of observation,
Saw it but couldn't care less,
Lack of intellect
Lack of common sense.
All of above.

Just poor driving, lack of awareness, the amount of folk who are overtaking at junctions or vehicles turning right is awful now. No patience, too important.

Was at petrol station the other day and whilst standing in queue to pay, an old trout asked to get past, so I moved and she promptly cut into the cashier and nicked my place. I said you realise I’m in the queue? And she said “oh, sorry but we’re getting coffee and were already here” Aye, but I’m in the queue, you were just in the shop. “I’m getting coffee and already spoke to him”(cashier). 🙄 ah ok, that makes complete sense, enjoy your coffee, hope you don’t spill it.

Life’s too fecking short t get wound up by these folk. Give them the big thumbs up or round of applause as they extracate themselves from their self make crisis, they don’t like it.

I carry some sticky notes in the truck so I can dish out my “shite parking award” to the berghaus wearing wombles who park on blind bends/crests, 2ft from the verge on single track roads etc. I like imagining all the harrumphing that goes on when they return and find it.

I have been in a similar situations and yes it is annoying. To play Devil's advocate though.
She might have thought you were pulling over for her?
She might not have as good as view of the road ahead by being lower down?
She probably had limited visibility anyway by being stuck behind a tractor.

On the other hand she could have been so arrogant that she thought everyone else should get out of her way.

There’s an old bloke round here who parks in middle of road if he meets tractors then tries t start arguing about subsidies 🙄. Nothing better t do with his time I guess.

Sorry, what was that? I could have sworn you said "repeated aggressive and threatening behaviour, signs of dementia, and a call to 101 with his registration from a concerned citizen".

what surprises me is the amount of vehicles that dont seem to have reverse gear or if they have it automaticaly puts steering into full left hand lock. those that think i am going to reverse usualy give up when i take out my flask and pour a cup of tea

If you ever see that happen where a car goes into full left hand lock the driver is probably from Devon and using their third arm to change gear whilst steering with both hands. Of course being able to turn their heads around near 180 degrees means reversing is not normally such a hindrance for them.

I can't stand folk who troll along at 43mph everywhere. Especially those people in campervans.

And I hope there is a special place in hell for people who cannot overtake other vehicles. This tractor in front, ahhhh, I know, I'll hang on his arsh for the next 5 miles. Neatly increasing the size of the overtake required by the poor folk behind.
Was following 3 cars at weekend on a good driving road ,,immediately in front a bmw 235i
All doing 40-45mph. Several good overtakes missed , why buy an expensive high powered car and drive like a bloody grandad.
