My blacksmith friend made it I just told him what it was forNice thinking and making there.
I'm rough. I just use a pointed lump of 16mm round bar and the hammer.

I went for ram mounts. Bolted one to the back of the box and another clamped to the rail. Will give me flexibility just now till I get everything mounted.

Where did you buy the gearbox?Gearbox died on the Milwaukee grease gun, it's had a lot of work and some abuse.
Still nearly £200 for a new gun, a new gearbox was purchased for £52 delivered.
20 minute job to swap it

Just a guess at the angle required. No sums or angle measurements were harmed during this design and build!Hope you have got the Ackerman angle right
Wise words! That could be the best paying job ever, definitely be remembered in years to come.
That was very lucky thenI stripped the relief valve as well, to make sure it wasn’t sticking. Nothing obvious so all back together with a new key and it’s steering once again. I took home a spare key just in case……….!
