How much force can they withstand if you manually push on the body like a normal ratchet to crack a tight bolt before letting the electrics take over to wind it off?

Impressive especially on big ones. Had a 5 inch diameter circlip that I couldn't work out how to remove, this did it.

Mill envy, can only stretch to a chainsaw mill.
Well it has not really worked for a while - my youngest has been doing a bit of restoration on it but there remains plenty to do.
It was fitted with a straight 6 non turbo engine a long time ago - will happily go over a drystone wall without missing a beat.

I have a lack of spare staff to hold me up in a man basket whilst I do a couple of big projects in the next year or so and a lack of spare time to hire something by the week. Told the wife that it was her Christmas present when she caught it being unloaded.

Yes, I worried about that a bit but it should be ok where my projects are I hope, can't try it on one of them at present due to a load of cattle in the way till spring, the winter project will be fine though.

Those long spanners are awesome, I intend to get them some day.
Ordered some facom 440 xl antislip spanners to try, they got a really good review on the torque test channel on the youtubes.

I never would've thought I'd describe a spanner as aesthetically pleasing.
I am a very cheap bugger so never bought name brand spanners before, but boy these facom 440xl are a work of art.
Cat likes them to.
Size comparison, Gedore 7ur, facom 440xl and a regular sized spanner in sizes 13, 17 and 19.

I have a set of Britool AF spanners made when Britool belonged to Britool and not whoever they belong to now.
I wouldn't call them aesthetically pleasing but they are really nice to use
I liked them that much that I bought a metric set, later on.
They look very similar but just don't have the same 'feel'.☹
