Red tractor stakeholder survey on governance

Yep AHDB also use the Camel-Ticklers.

Here Batters was "amazed" that farmers thought it may end up being a bit of a cover up and low and behold it will be!!

Interestingly it took time to find the right consultants with the right skill set etc but it turns out there was a tame company under there noses to ask the for the right answers for the questions in Camel-Tickle under their noses all the time as the AHDB have used them too.

They must thing we are all stupid
We might all be daft enough to reply to a proxy poll thinking it helps, but not linked to Campbell Tickle... might be worth emailing them too on the helpline

Caught with his pants down yet again. Dont worry chaps his story will change in the next 24/48 hours.

So it was a secret survey...ok. Essentially a way of collating "tame" voices and in secret.

This was what was meant to happen:

What is interesting about the above is what it doesn't say. It assessed what they wanted to ask, but they didn't say they only wanted to ask employees of RT if they thought they were doing a good job or not. It did say that the review team will speak to a cross-section of those involved across the Red Tractor process - (except the members of RT who pay the bills that is)

So they can only identify "obstacles" from within the tent. Its actually hilarious its so stupid - Red Tractor wants to audit itself, give itself a clean bill of health and then carry on as before...

Why would Tom have been expecting this survey at all, given that the review is supposed to be independent? (Or is that only independent of RT rather than NFU- obvs there is no cozy relationship between the two).

Thank you for making us aware of this.
I just had my time on the soapbox.

I reckon they're going to get some responses they hadn't anticipated.

I’d have thought that everyone who was a member of the Red Tractor scheme was a stakeholder, it’d be hard to argue otherwise.
I've done it, even though we dumped RT 10 years ago.

I don't know whether they call me a stakeholder or not 🤷‍♂️ but I've had my sixpenneth and told them why they've not been getting our cheque.
