Anybody else had any issues with Coles, bought a fully serviced ready to go combine from them that turned out not to beready.
They agreed to refund a chunk of the cost to bring the combine up to being ready, this seemed fair but they aren’t coming up with the money.
Not dealt before but...
I have always believed the NFU to be a lacklustre and poor excuse for a union but unfortunately it is all we have, however I’m starting to wonder if every pound we put into the union is not only wasted as previously thought but actually used against us.
On the ground to county level there are...
This as mentioned is to be expected of Red Tractor, after all they are essentially managed by the supermarkets to gain something and the farmer having to pay for it.
The NFU allowing this to happen silently whilst on the board is disgraceful. I think there stance on this has left us all...
What would you expect of a 1500hr service cost on a compact telehandler by main dealer in warranty.
We provided engine oil and where charged over £1,600 plus vat which included £800 labour.
Only a small 2.5t handler 75hp

Yeh we can easily get 75mm right round on the top one, plus all wedged in where the bale sensors are that takes a lot of cleaning off. The others normally 10mm which is quick to clean. The belts completely green with bits stuck on.
Which baler do you run?

Its packs in under the scraper and rod with the bale size sensors on and can easily take an hour to clean off that and the other rollers.
Currently running a Kuhn VB3165 round baler, is a great piece of kit apart from wrapping grass around all the rollers when bailing short, lush grass with lots of clover.
This type of crop is now the majority of our silage, would any other roller balers be better at this?
I’m guessing a...
