Seems a very straight guy to me. Think his daughter is transport manager now but he still answers his phone.

I can’t praise their operation enough.
Very happy, willing and able wagon driver arrives in the dark and the most disagreeable weather and discharges his load in a controlled and safe manner.
On the end of the ‘phone and returns queries quickly.
From my end; invoice arrives and is fully paid in under five minutes!
They operate out of Newcastle area so IMO top of the list re the OP.
