It wasn't your system I was criticising. It was the fact and I won't fall out with anyone about it but people dismiss ebvs and will also look to cast judgement on others that dont. It's a tit for tat system.
If you slate one thing it can also go the other way. It's like people that dismiss the...
Write him a letter dated and signed explaining that you require him to remove fallen stock from the premises and dispose of it in the legal way in accordance with what ever act it is, failing that increase the rent!
Equally a little of topic but you may find entertaining.... a recent Romney sale in NZ the top tup reached $12000 roughly. When I mentioned this on social media a texel breeder of whom is a little anti NZ and anti ebv figures made the comment "$12000 and they still had to crutch him".....my...

I run 5 Borders for 4000 ewes plus followers. I've just been and put a deposit on a Welsh pup.
I found that the trial job was spoiling genuine work dog collies and they where lacking power.
The welsh seem to be hard buggers who run all day and have plenty presence so thought I'd give them a...
We winter 3500 ewes on fodder beet. Ewe lambs will go on to stubble turnips. They get pot ale syrup in lick tubs and obviously a run back area of grass. We don't find the fodder beet that hard on there mouths, have old ewes with full set of teeth still
