    Wales and West Utilities want to replace the gas pipe running under arable land. The redundant line will remain in place. Offered me an easement payment and a consent payment. I have appointed an agent (that they are paying for) but does anyone know what price per meter these two payments...

    How does high levels of trash affect the efficacy of pre ems? Drilling into a rape stubble with a Sky drill with lots of trash and volunteers so not much bare soil to target..... Planning on a generic Liberator and some glyphos following the drill.
