When applying for a planning application for some new yard concreting (existing hardcore to new concrete)
can some one point me in the direction under which application type I would submit it under…example agri building Or agri private road or another all together? cheers
We just got a used one recently. It was an upgrade for a 30yr old 390. so that’s all I can compare it too.
Very happy with it so far. bought for yard work mucking out shifting bales around & wrapping stacking Etc. very little field work.
The loader is excellent on it good visibility...
how much of an effort do people make to keep their farm tidy?
what do you do with your oil drums, fluke/worm drenches etc and all other general rubbish?
Anther +1 for air pod pros noise cancelling is fantastic. Had them fall out once or twice but not a major problem. Use them on the tractor, shearing, dosing, walling, running. 👍🏼
Based, north lancs south Cumbria just gauging which companys people would recommend to help with the free Sfi advice? I imagine there all much the same but any recommendations welcome?
between GSCGrays, Royal country side fund and JH agri consultancy currently.

just used for loader work around the yard moving round bales about mucking out etc nothing too heavy. What are peoples thoughts? Would only really consider other MF models due to having good local dealers and mechanics.
We breed swale mules, dales mules & mashams. The dalesmule seems to be gaining popularity little by little, it’s certainly a slow process. Yes more wool but a better confirmation & potentially a longer lasting lamb.
However both not as good as a masham for starters breeding them doesn’t involve...
