Thats right, if its classed as a caravan and is able to be moved it is much easier. Can be built on chassis.

The size pictured doesn’t require planning permission in your garden as long as certain criteria are met, (i can send details if you’d like) however you would need to approach your local planning authority if building on farmland for example.
