Ok many thanks. will the JD 6400 starter solenoid be ok for my JD 6300? If it is the solenoid thats the problem, what is it that is making it so it cant fire up?...mine seems to be all covered in crap/oil

This is correct!!! Lol so an offset smaller topper or a 7-8ft topperI that width of tractor is what I’m after…nowt fancy or too expensive as only gonna be used twice a year!

Don’t have time and to be honest cba to strum it. Quick job with a topper and tractor! Just need a cheap ish , reliable topper !

It’s roughish terrain - don’t think a ride on would cope - not one that would be same price as a topper. Might just go with a topper same width as tractor then or get a smaller offset. Flail or topper? Gonna leave the grass on floor and then hope sheep eat it up. I don’t have access to a rake or...
