Joskin Topper Belt issues.

Hi,

I have a used Joskin TR555 CH6 topper that just won’t stop eating belts. I think the belts might be the wrong type but struggle to find info on what should be on it rather than what was fitted when I bought it. I just replaced like for like but they seem a tad tight and I feel like the pulley fit is maybe wrong. My local dealer is struggling to find the OEM ones. It has about 6 different sizes on it but all are C type. Being European I would have throughly it was metric SPC rather than the imperial version.

any info would be helpful. A parts list would be ideal but any advice is welcome.

The belts are the same as the ones I have on my machine. Oddly the small C39 on the parts manual is a C40 on mine and it’s crazy tight. So tight that you can’t get it on without jamming the pullys together. They actually need to mesh to get them on and are really tight at that.
