We started pre spraying and wiping with deosan target and the problem disappeared overnight.

My cows are outside day and night and are generally pretty clean
Can you do a chlorine based wash once a day for a few days and do a double rinse afterwards? Or do a chlorine free wash after the chlorine based one?
