For various reasons, including a crisis with my wife’s long term illness and the need to get spray and fertiliser on in a very short time, it’s been the worst Easter Bank holiday of my life. But we’ve got through it and things are better and calmer now so yes, hopefully I won’t feel the need to rant about things so much!

Rant away Doc and share your stress with fellow TFF’s. It’s much better than bottling things up.
In the past I used to go to football. In the days before overpaid pansies and terraces, a couple of hours of singing and shouting worked wonderfully as a stress buster. I’d probably go to rugby these days…..

Killjoy alert!
Road closures on the cards in Lincoln due to 10k runs etc often at a time when the system is jammed with tourists, students and holiday traffic anyway.
Do the twits that organise these things ever consider those of us just trying to keep things together visiting folk in hospital, doing the shopping, keeping a business running etc who don’t have ample spare time to accommodate somebody else’s hobby on the public infrastructure. And what about all the taxpayer resources needed to manage of all this self imposed chaos? I thought local government was short of money?
