OMSCo hold at 49ppl for September.
And as per the voluntary dairy code give 1 months notice
Don't try to take to much high ground. Omsco aren't held by the voluntary code to give one months notice as they are a co op.

One months notice is only beneficial half the time for a co op that aims to simply pay out what they get into their members. On the way down it damages the co ops balance sheet on the way up it simply means that the money is a month later into the farmers bank account.

Very much aware of that, but thanks for the reply.

Even though its voluntary and doesn't apply to coops. The board and exec have always tried to follow it as much as prudently possible to be as fair as possible to members.

Organic hasn't been historically as susceptible to volatility as the conventional markets have.
