326 pages on this thread? Same Acorn?

I hope the man has his day in court. My late father was caught out by Phillips , but I fear that the paper work is water tight and the only person to blame was father for signing on the bottom line .... sad but true .

There is only one reason why people went to the likes of Acorn and that was because the high street banks wouldn't touch them again sad but true!

Yes the same Acorn/ whatever they call themselves this week.

Have discovered they use fabricated sums owing, forgeries of court orders/illegal court orders, without any required notice or service, use a bogus firm of bailiffs masquerading as Court officers, (who are just unlicenced thugs in reality) bent solicitors, bent police and bent judges, the whole thing being a massive nationwide scam. The proceeds of the scams are popping up like weeds in new shoddy housing developments all over the west.
Des Philips was just the front man & fall guy. Acorn have their fingers in all sorts of pies. If one looks at Companies House records, the myriad subsidiary Acorn companies have the same names of directors and solicitors occurring over and over again.
NCA have the details and names etc..
We know it won't bring your late father back, but hopefully at last justice will be done to this evil cartel?.
