Odd question for sure.

pic 1 - the as installed underside

pic 2 - the as installed top. which way round should the writing stamp be

pic 3, also as fitted top side, looks to me more fluffy than is should?

Looks fine.
We've a small roof with dimples to the top. Might as well be open topped.
These sheets are porous.

Also you can fit them upside-down if you are making a spaced roof for ventilation.

Exactly. Smooth side had def been installed Down…

It’s a grainstore, roof is too high to hit.

The stamp should I’m told also be facing down.

Not looking good

I don’t follow. Everything faces downhill.

The outside edges on the sheet curve down, that is the over and underlap at the left and right sides of the sheet.
I'm not sure on this but could your sheets be intended to be fitted the other way up for a spaced roof but have been supplied (incorrectly) for your job?

If they were upside down the corrugation at the side of each sheet would face upwards

they appear from you pic to be on correct, they often have that honey comb pattern on inside, plus as above the sheet edges are correct.
