You lot don’t seem to keen on olly but in the real world there is one of them (spolt kids spending daddy sub money) to every Richard Dove, so YouTube is very representative.
Yep 100% agree.
Some of them are TFF members too.
Whether they recognise themselves is another matter.

Have any of the big farming YouTubers started from scratch?

Yes, I actually been enjoying if new podcasts (fed I think it’s called) in the evening but they are an hour or so long and maybe not very interesting to none sheep obsessed people.
I just listened to the one with Charlotte Ashley, I did enjoy listening to it, although not a great fan of her you tube stuff, (fair enough as I’m probably not her target audience)

Spend £25k on a hedge cutter to do 4 days work.. that’s cost effective 👌👌
Almost as stupid as wanting to buy a 6910 to sit on a muck trailer because the 6930 will have a hedge cutter on for 4 days and the 155R will be on a cattle trailer… because that’s cost effective.
Not to mention planning on buying another tractor, just because George Saunders told him too, so it can sit on a wrapper or rake for a couple of days.
But his head is so far up his own arse he thinks he can give financial, and business advice, to others. 🤨

They say there’s no money in sucklers, all that for 50 cows (hopping to get to 100). I suppose they are getting full value out of the cattle by putting them though there own shop.
There isn’t in sucklers but there is in a 130 seater restaurant that’s full all day, every day.
Clever hard working family that have done very well from themselves.

It's amazing how it doesn't matter how long it since you last look at this thread when you look again there will be posts moaning about Olly.

Of late I have rather been enjoying @Clive 's TFF videos from Lamma they are short, so don't bounce around various stands at breakneck speed lets whoever he is talking to speak without constantly talking over them or interrupting them yet still manages to ask questions and clarify things.

Funky Farmer has a bad habit of asking a question and then not listening and waiting for the person to give an answer, really irritating

Much of the Ollie thing is jealousy I think.
They keep watching him though.
His bank account likes this👍
