Good afternoon, can anyone help? My Merlo electrical system is completely dead. It will not start, lights etc do not work either. I have checked the battery and it is fully charged and in good order. The Fuses behind the Dash are all ok. Are there any other Fuses anywhere on the machine,,,<? Machine was working fine stopped it then tried to start it again and everything was dead.

On front of battery box
If it’s a new machine (last 5/7years) it’s near the rear couplers. Also a fuse in battery box. If it’s an old KT model there maybe a fuse in engine bay
its 20 yrs old. Thank you for replying. I will check the engine bay
I checked the Fuse and it was a Faulty connection at the Fuse Holder. Thank you very much for your help.

I have a similar age Merlo. It has had this total electrical failure a couple of times but magically fixed itself, but I wonder for how long!
Where is the fuse/faulty connection that caused your problem?

Mine used to until it did it permanently , was a broken earth wire , new earth and been 100% since .
The Fuse is located inside the engine compartment. Open the engine cover and the fuse is located to the top right behind the Transmission Header Tank .
