Lamb macs

Yes, tremendous things, Lammac we use by the box full. Don't consider Nettex ones they are useless. When we had the nasty spell of cold snowy windy lamb killing weather a couple weeks back we bagged everything in the shed even. Made a hell of a difference the lambs were lovely and toasty.

Haha funny this should pop up, Lammacs used to be good but as mentioned above they have become an absolute waste of money. All other brands the same. This year I approached a local plastics firm to make some form myself, still biodegradable but we altered the ingredients in the plastics which they extrude themselves. I had 10,000 made up and advertised on FB on various sheep related groups. I have sold out within 5 days. This year was somewhat of a trail to see if we could make something worth buying and to get some feedback..next year I will Start production earlier and advertise properly. Dry Back Macks is what I have named them..keep a eye out 👀😉

Lat few years including this year Ive been very happy with the Shearwell ones, they are a heavier gauge than the others and stay on well for about 10 to 14 days

Dry Back Mack's doing the job here. No brainer spending a few pence with all this wet weather and the price of Hoggets this year.

So when they fall off do they disappear or all end against the fence. Also I presume they have some plastic in them so is micro plastic an issue?
