You’ve never traded anything in. In fact the only thing you wanted to trade in I sold you in first place and you sold it privately for far more than you paid🤣🤣🤣
That’s only cos you under valued it😂😂😂😂

to be honest anything here that’s knackered is best punted into York scrap sale with no reserve. That way no one gets upset.

Yes and nobody bothered clarifying
What's the issue? Stuart Barclay runs Agritrac at Stirling. That's where they sell the used and export stuff out of, as well as hyundai construction machinery. It's part of the HRN group founded by Stuarts father Neil, and grandfather Harry

The OP didn't go see the tractor, and didn't request it was 'put through the workshop', never mind fully serviced and all faults repaired.

He "understood" it would be fully working, then gets upset when there's a few wee things on it needing tarted up to make it like new

Is the newly joined TFF member with the complaint a pedant of immense proportion, or struggling financially? Do they need somebody to talk to, or need help?

Surely that would be something of more import to clarify, than which Barclay boy runs which bit of HRN?

I bought a kverneland e drill combination of them, he said the lorry was coming down the motorway next week to sharmans, he said ill put it on the waggon, if you like it , take it off, if you don't leave it on....it was like brand new when it arrived, I unloaded it late one night and rang him next day and paid him.... speak as I find but they were straight enough with me

having dealt with most of the Barclay businesses in a previous life I can say yes they are hard and nobodies fools but they are totally fair honourable and honest in there dealings but you play silly barstewards and you will discover very quickly your dealing with the heavy gang who can hold there owe in any company. Between the businesses they have the majority of the s/h combine and tractor trade underwrites in the country to give people idea of the scale of their s/h businesses.

I always find there is something going on in the background in these threads when someone joins the forum under a suedernime and there first post is take like this. As in all situations there are 2 sides to every story and somewhere in the middle is the truth.
