Im not discussing global warming at all , all im saying is cloud seeding imo could be a dangerous game to be playing messing
About with nature wont end well for us.
It can't be done at scale, and it's very expensive. Conditions have to be just right for the silver oxide to precipitate rain from an existing cloud. What's already happening at scale, and without forward planning, is alteration to global weather patterns as a direct result of persistent use of fossil fuels.

Nature doesn't like that at all.

They were trying to harness water from this big cell of a rainbearing system ~

The flooding is because Dubai doesn't have much drainage infrastructure. They do get this sort of rain cell coming over ~ which is why they invested in cloud seeding operations.

I got sent a whole load of screen shots from the ‘no farmers, no food’ private WhatsApp group when it was getting started a few months ago and it was like this but worse.
Melville has a following that's full of nutters. He spreads conspiracy theories for clicks. There's a network of them, all rattling off the same nonsense to their groomed followings ~ and raking in the dosh.

Could be , what whatever your doing
To combat them is failing so i recommend trying traps .
Whoever the fields belong to does/did have mole trouble ~ but also active soils, with heathy populations of earthworms.

The loopy followers of NFNF astroturfing would readily believe that mole runs are connected to "chemtrails", or some other nonsense, more's the pity. I met one only recently who was adamant that perfectly normal condensation trails behind the aircraft he could see from his workplace were "chemtrails". He's new in his job, and his workmates are worried about him ~ being aware of an incident where a man, influenced by conspiracy theory spreaders, shone a laser pen at aircraft. He's been prosecuted ~

Conspiracy nonsense peddled by Melville and his subset have real consequences.

Release of fossil CO2 is what drives the anthropogenic global warming we are within. Nudging existing small clouds in small areas to shed rain where it's needed is not a climate changing act ~ other than by using aviation fuel. Stop the fossil derived aviation fuel, and it's a useful act.

Would you like to buy this bridge? ~

“[Water vapour] absorbed 84X more infrared radiation than CO2, 407,000X more than methane, 452,000X more than ozone and 2,300,000X more than nitrous oxide.”

CO2 emissions are not driving global warming. Cloud seeding, whether deliberate or accidental, most certainly more likely.

Climate science disagrees. The matter is settled on CO2 as a driver of climate change. More CO2 = warming = more capacity for water vapour in the air.

Also, whether you realise or not, the pdf you've linked to is from a predatory source ~
