Looked at a brand new Can Am outlander 570 in green with steel wheels at a local dealer, original dealer still has the Kodiak 700 SE both very nice but not sure I want to spend my full budget on a new one but it's very difficult to find anything used in good order without tons of careless...

How could a "dealer"not be able to diagnose a hard on fault? Think I could diagnose anything mechanical with the original manuals if not repair it to.
