Obviously I don't know your situation but do you take time out on the farm or countryside,
Walking a dog, going for a paddle in a stream, watching at the birds and anything else that you wouldn't normally do could give you time to relax and clear your mind.
Please try to seek some help, talking on here is good and you should consider it a first step.
There are several organisations you can call up for free who can help get you back on track and hopefully regain your original confidence and probably even build on that to feel better than ever...
I do this with my dogs.

I don't know much about owt but be careful your not in position as a fall guy, if people under your control are using equipment thats not up to standard and the worse did happen HSE would leave no stone unturned and the boss would probably be able to distance himself.

Just today rode a Polaris 570 for the first time, definitely not going used so need to choose from what's available Yam Kodiak 700 or Polaris 570 ready for delivery next week.

Looked at a brand new Can Am outlander 570 in green with steel wheels at a local dealer, original dealer still has the Kodiak 700 SE both very nice but not sure I want to spend my full budget on a new one but it's very difficult to find anything used in good order without tons of careless...
I don't know but maybe my expectations are a little high but when something is 1500 - 2000 less than brand new I am looking at every detail.
I am an engineer by trade so do tend to notice stuff, I think I would rather see it in its work clothes rather than just before a night out if that makes...
Got interested in one today on a well known online auction site only to find out after a little research it was ex RLNI
